The installation service includes:
- Service by a licensed and certified technician
- Installation of the air conditioner within 2 working days from delivery
- Piping and wiring up to 2 meters
- Installation of the outdoor unit up to 2.5 meters from the floor
- Mounting bases for the floor or wall attachment of the outdoor unit
- 1-year installation warranty
- Demonstration of basic functions
- Free transportation within a 30 km distance from the store
- Collection and removal of packaging materials
Exceptions:
- During peak demand periods, installation times may vary.
- Does not include brackets, decorative channels, drilling into stone or glass walls.
- Does not include cleaning of pre-installed networks.
- Electrical installation is required for air conditioners ≥ 16000 BTU.
- Does not include the disconnection and uninstallation of existing units.
