Commercial Air Conditioning

ClimaSolution performs the maintenance of any professional air conditioning system, whether it is multi-split, ducted, ceiling-mounted, or floor-mounted, always for the benefit of the customer. The maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems is the only way to protect against potential molds, viruses, and microbes that may circulate in the air of our space and to achieve the best operation of the machines. With regular maintenance, we achieve: Maximum performance of the air conditioner Energy savings Environmental protection Disinfection and control of microbial sources Prevention of damage for uninterrupted operation Better quality of refrigerated products Checking for any refrigerant leaks - environmental protection In every case, the specifications provided by the manufacturing companies should be followed (once a year). In commercial spaces, maintenance should be done at least twice a year. The maintenance of air conditioning units by ClimaSolution is carried out only by experienced certified refrigeration technicians to ensure: Comprehensive technical knowledge Quality of work and materials Compliance with rules and specifications Safety for users and machines Responsible technical support after the completion of the work After the completion of the work, a written certification of maintenance and proper operation of cooling/air conditioning for residential and commercial spaces is provided. Extra Tasks for Duct and Floor Maintenance

For maintenance on ducted air conditioning systems with low and medium static pressure, where the element and the condensate pan are located behind the fans, preventive chemical cleaning is performed if the technician deems it necessary during maintenance. In such cases, the necessary components of the internal unit are scattered to clean the internal element and the pan. The scattering of the internal unit can only be done if the inspection door of each unit allows it, with a cost of 60.00€/unit.

For maintenance on floor-standing air conditioning units where the element is located behind the fans, preventive chemical cleaning is performed if the technician deems it necessary during maintenance. In such cases, the necessary components of the internal unit are scattered to clean the internal element. The scattering of the internal unit can only be done if the installation space of each unit allows it, with a cost of 50.00€/unit.
