Beneficiaries and Loan Receipt

The program is open to individuals who: A. Have ownership or usufruct rights to eligible housing. B. Meet income criteria based on specific categories.

In the case of rented properties, only the primary tenant and co-tenant are eligible. Free transfers are not subject to this limitation.

For recently acquired full ownership or usufruct rights, individuals can participate under specific conditions.

The income categories determine the subsidy rates and maximum subsidy percentages based on income levels.

Category and Income Levels (in Euros):

  1. Up to 10,000
    • Individual Income: Up to 20,000
    • Basic Subsidy Rate: 60%
    • Maximum Subsidy Rate: 70%

(These values apply similarly to other categories.)

The highest-income individuals do not qualify for subsidies but can apply for a loan covering 100% of the eligible budget with an interest subsidy.

Applicants are categorized, and subsidy percentages apply to the final eligible intervention budget. Loans are available for the remaining amount up to 100% of the eligible intervention budget.

Applicants must comply with EU regulations on minor importance aids for rented properties. Declarations of compliance are required.

Each beneficiary can submit only one application, but multiple applications are allowed for different properties if they are part of a multi-apartment building.

The text also outlines the loan application process, allowing applicants to select the option for loan participation and provide necessary details, including potential guarantor information. If the loan request is rejected, the applicant can submit a new request to a different Financial Organization.

The text emphasizes that the total subsidy cannot exceed €80,000 for multi-apartment buildings. Compliance with regulations is required even for short-term leases.

Finally, beneficiaries can choose not to take a loan at any time during the process and proceed with the application in the "for inclusion" status.
