Contracted Banks

Credit institutions operating in Greece according to Law No. 4261/2014 are supervised by the Bank of Greece and participate in the program. The list of contracted banks is as follows:

  1. National Bank of Greece S.A.
  2. Alpha Bank S.A.
  3. Attica Bank S.A.
  4. Piraeus Bank S.A.
  5. Eurobank Ergasias S.A.
  6. Cooperative Bank of Chania Co. Ltd.
  7. Cooperative Bank of Epirus Co. Ltd.
  8. PAGRETIAS Cooperative Bank Co. Ltd.
  9. Cooperative Bank of Karditsa Co. Ltd.
  10. Cooperative Bank of Thessaly Co. Ltd.

Regarding bank loans:

  • The interest rate of the loan agreement is 4%, and it is subsidized at a rate of 100%.
  • An additional contribution of 0.12% of the capital of the financial organization is imposed on the beneficiary.
  • The financial organization does not charge the applicants for loan file management costs.
  • The loan duration is four (4), five (5), or six (6) years.
  • Early partial or full repayment of the loan is possible without additional charges.
  • The loan terms are detailed in the Operational Agreement between the Beneficiary and the Financial Organizations and in the loan agreement between the Organization and the Beneficiary.

Interest subsidy is eligible for the entire loan duration, and the corresponding amount is transferred from the "Save & Benefit II" Fund to a dedicated guarantee account held in the name of the ETEAN S.A. The deadline for transferring the amount is set for December 31, 2023.

The program does not cover the cost of any commission for the transfer of funds for payments to contractors/suppliers, etc., made within the framework of the program. This applies if the financial institution chosen by the supplier is different from the one selected by the beneficiary.
