The installation service includes:

1. Service by a licensed and certified technician
2. Installation of the air conditioner within 2 working days from delivery
3. Piping and wiring up to 2 meters
4. Installation of the outdoor unit up to 2.5 meters from the floor
5. Mounting bases for the floor or wall attachment of the outdoor unit
6. 1-year installation warranty
7. Demonstration of basic functions
8. Free transportation within a 30 km distance from the store
9. Collection and removal of packaging materials

Exceptions:

1. During peak demand periods, installation times may vary.
2. Does not include brackets, decorative channels, drilling into stone or glass walls.
3. Does not include cleaning of pre-installed networks.
4. Electrical installation is required for air conditioners ≥ 16000 BTU.
5. Does not include the disconnection and uninstallation of existing units.
