All users, on each visit to the Climasolution.gr website, are obligated to stay informed to be aware of any modifications. 8. Transport and Charges Terms

The transport of Climasolution's products to and from the technical department for repair is the responsibility and expense of the user. In cases where the product is under warranty and needs to be returned to Climasolution for inspection or repair, the buyer is responsible for the transportation cost to the company. If, after the technical inspection, it is found that the product is covered by the warranty, Climasolution will refund the transportation cost to the customer within 10 working days. The choice of the method of returning the product to Climasolution is solely made by the company. If the buyer chooses their own method of transportation and shipment of the product to the company, Climasolution is not obligated to cover this cost. The original packaging must be used for product transport, which must be kept in excellent condition to avoid any damage during transportation. Otherwise, Climasolution is not responsible for any product damages. If, after the technical inspection, it is found that the damage is not covered by the warranty, the user bears the expenses of shipping and technical inspection. In the event that the user wishes to complete the repair despite it not being covered, the repair costs will be borne by the user.

9. Order Cancellation / Returns

Order cancellation is accepted (either by sending an email or by phone) only if it has not been executed, and the item has not been delivered (i.e., no shipping receipt has been issued). You have the option to track the progress of your order either by phone or by sending an email. Returns are generally accepted under certain conditions (see: Returns) and always within 15 days. For product returns within the Attica basin, Climasolution recommends and suggests that returns be made to their premises to avoid return costs.

Specifically:

Returns of products charged by Climasolution can be made in all cases where the order is executed incorrectly, i.e., in cases of delivery of a different item than ordered, in terms of type or quantity, or in cases where the item has damaged packaging, wholly or mostly, or if it is found that the item is defective. In this case, the customer must either reject the receipt of the product from the beginning or request its return after consultation with Climasolution. The products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. If they are not returned during the agreed time after consultation with Climasolution, then the online store is entitled to refuse the return and, therefore, reject the replacement. Returns of products charged by Climasolution will be made either by Climasolution's personnel and means of transport or by courier, and not at any of the stores maintained by Climasolution nationwide. In the case of product returns and provided that the products have previously been received and checked by Climasolution, the refund to the customer will be made by canceling the credit card charge, which will be done by Climasolution. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and unilaterally and without further ado, proceed to total or partial setoff of its claim against the customer. Returns of products considered defective upon delivery are charged by Climasolution. In this case, the return of the defective product can be made either by the customer to any Climasolution store nationwide.

10. Miscellaneous

The above terms and conditions of use of climasolution.gr, as well as any modification thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, the law of the European Union, and the relevant international conventions. Any provision of these terms that conflicts with the laws of the state automatically ceases to apply, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms. These Terms of Use constitute the general agreement between climasolution.gr and the users of its pages and services, dissolve all previous written or oral agreements between the parties, and bind only them. No change to these terms will be considered and will not be part of this agreement unless it is drafted in writing and incorporated herein. In any case of illegal or contrary to these Terms and Conditions of use of the climasolution.gr website, all users are obliged to compensate A. CHARITOPOULOS I. ILIADIS O.E. for any consequent damages.
